- Shipping Reptiles
Our primary shipping method is via UPS overnight service. Delivery time is by 10:30 a.m. depending on your location. All live reptile orders are shipped Monday - Thursday. We ship only within the 48 continental United States. You will receive a tracking number with every order via automated email at the time of shipping. All reptiles are shipped with heat or cool packs if needed.
- Reptile Guarantees
We guarantee all reptiles to arrive alive as long as there is someone home to accept the package at the address it was shipped to. All guarantees are waived if someone is not there to accept delivery at time of arrival on the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for carrier delays or loss. We do not guarantee live arrival if the temperatures are below 40F or above 90F during shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to avoid shipping during such extreme temperatures enroute to their location. Orders may be confirmed just prior to shipping. All DOA claims must be made within 12 hours of your order being delivered or accepted. In order to obtain credit, you must provide proof – photos may be required. If possible, DOA's will be replaced with the same type of animal or an animal of equal value, otherwise a refund will be given. We have a 3-5 day health guarantee on our captive-bred reptiles, specified on invoice, providing other terms are met, unless otherwise noted. WC animals are guaranteed live arrival only, providing other criteria is met, unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping Insects
Our primary shipping method for insects is USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is 1-3 days depending on your location. All live insect orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday unless you choose next day air shipping. We ship only within the 48 continental United States, and do not ship roaches to Florida or Arizona. You will receive a delivery confirmation number or tracking number with every order via an automated email at the time of shipping. All insects are shipped with food to eat during transit, this insures your insects will arrive healthy and gutloaded.
- Insect Guarantees
We guarantee all insects to arrive alive as long as there is someone home to accept the package at the address it was shipped to. In conjunction with this, your temps must be within our live arrival guarantee, 40-90F. If your temps are above or below these temps we can only guarantee live arrival if your package is shipped next day service. If you need to use this shipping method, please make a note with your payment, and be sure to include your full phone number. If there happens to be a problem with your order you must contact us via email within 12hrs of your order being delivered or accepted. We make every effort to insure live arrival. If by chance you have a DOA shipment we will replace the insects, providing that the above terms were met.
- Shipping Times & Prices
Our goal is to provide you with prompt, reasonably priced, and reliable shipping for your orders. Any non-live orders (orders that do not contain live animals/insects) can be shipped Monday - Saturday, other wise your order will be held for shipping as defined above. Shipping prices are calculated on the weight and zip code we are shipping to. If items are sent via UPS, the box size is used for calculation of cost as well as weight. We are an authorized UPS reptile shipper.
- Payment Options
PayPal
We accept all forms of PayPal payments that are from a confirmed address. We can not accept any PayPal payments from an unconfirmed shipping address. This protects us all against fraud.
Electronic Check
We accept electronic checks through PayPal, you must have a PayPal account to use this option. It will take approximately 4-7 days to clear before we can ship. We will only ship to the confirmed shipping address with your payment.
Money Orders - Cashiers Checks
We accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do not accept personal checks at this time. Contact us via email for mailing instructions.
- Other Terms
We can not guarantee the sex of all baby reptiles.
No refunds are given on shipping charges or Paypal fees.
